1. Hawaii #40 - On June 22, 2023, Governor Josh Green, M.D. signed SB674 into law. Hawaii joins 38 states, the Territory of Guam and the District of Columbia as members of the Compact. Here is a link to the news release from Governor Green's office:

- = IMLC Passed; Implementation In Process or Delayed*
