2. FY2023 ANNUAL REPORT - The IMLCC Communication Committee has released the IMLCC's annual report for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2023. To read the report please click here - Annual Report
3. ACTION ITEM - UPDATE: The available slots to provide input are rapidly filling - act now to reserve your spot. The IMLCC is conducting "User Interviews" for the Enhanced Physician Portal (EPP). Interviews have been completed with board staff, 3rd party users, and health care system users. Now the focus turns to the physician users. The interviews are about 20 to 30 minutes in length and are being conducted by Mocingbird staff. 4. INFORMATION RELEASE - The IMLCC has prepared a position paper titled "Analysis of Protection of Licenses Under Scope of Practice Provisions". The paper was developed in response to questions and concerns raised by physicians and medical/osteopathic boards regarding the IMLCC's position on enforcement, especially in the post-Dobbs era. The paper outlines why IMLCC member states are better able to protect their licensed physicians and the patients who receive care under that state's medical practice act.
